Primary Responsibilities and Qualifications:
* Must be a leader both professionally and technically
* 5+ years experience programming in PHP and MY SQL
* Experience in object oriented PHP development
* Strong knowledge of web open source technologies: AJAX, javascript, HTML, XML
* Experience with high performance web applications
* Experience with web applications on Window*s operating systems
* Experience using Subversion source control system
* Full lifecycle web development experience using PHP
* An understanding of web E-commerce processes 
* Demonstrated ability to manage several several projects while meeting deadlines
* Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
* A bachelors Degree or equivalent work experience is a must
* Excellent oral and written communication skills
